Photography isnt the norm inside so they we are limited to just a few shots from the 2 day event.
Harrogate is the UK's HQ for Bridal Exhibitions, and Amsterdam for Europe. Anyway Gill trusted me to order a few dresses I have seen at weddings which I thought would sell.
A nice touch with white roses, and many beautiful models walking around modelling dresses to catch buyers attention.
Me and Gill, we have our offical badges on, Im looking shell shocked after
3 hours sleep night b4 leaving Liverpool Airport at 4am and straight into
the exhibition at 11am. No flies on Gill though, the chequebook came straight
out.
Having only the D70 and 50mm standard lens I couldnt get to really show
the scale of the exhibition but if you can imagine 100+ of these sets
that would be about right.
We did see Amsterdam for 3 hours getting a train from Schiphol Airport into the centre takes 15 minutes but I couldnt possibly post any images ;-) All in all its a beautiful city and everyone speaks English and has some beautiful shops.
The sun came out today for 5 minutes not bad for June, one from the office window.
No weddings in June this year its been quiet (thankfully, wasnt the rain was heavy), 7 scheduled in September that will make up for.
